Prior to summer I 2014, when an individual (student, faculty or staff) left Longwood they were removed from Active Directory. This removal automatically removed the individual from Canvas. Once the individual is removed from Canvas, s/he no longer appears in course rosters. Likewise, a removed student's work will no longer populate. 

*Note, in partnership with ITS we have implemented a fix effective as of summer I 2014. 

We are able to retrieve individuals, and any Canvas work, who may have been impacted by an Active Directory removal. (Please be aware that this restoration process is applicable to Canvas only and will not restore any work submitted to Blackboard.) To request a restoration, please email canvas@longwood.edu with a completed version of the file below.
